How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope — a flyer can be ready in 3–5 days, while a full brand + website package typically takes 2–4 weeks. Your proposal will always include a clear timeline.

How many revisions do I get?

Every package includes structured revision rounds — usually 2–3 for smaller projects and up to 10 for full brand packages. Extra rounds are available at a flat rate if needed.

Do you work with non-profits?

Absolutely. We offer a 15% discount on all services for registered non-profit organizations. Just mention your status when you reach out and we'll apply it to your quote.

What do you need from me to start?

Not much! A brief conversation, a few notes on your vision, and any existing assets (logos, brand colors) if you have them. We'll guide you through everything else.

What file types will I receive?

All final deliverables include PNG, JPG, and PDF versions. Web projects include all necessary code files. Source files (AI, PSD) are available upon request.

How do payments work?

We require a 50% deposit to start work, with the balance due upon delivery of final files. We accept all major payment methods, and payment plans are available for larger projects.
